Delta Airlines x Los Angeles Lakers: Delta Business Class
As part of Delta Airlines’ inaugural “Delta Business Class” initiative, six HBCU students with sports-related majors were selected to visit four professional sports teams and learn about the business side of sports. This project was unique in that it prioritized the students’ learning experience, requiring a production approach that adapted to the program’s flow rather than dictating the schedule or locations.
To balance these dynamics, the director and I developed a plan to capture high-quality, structured content without disrupting the program. We focused on gathering extensive b-roll to provide a variety of visual options and staged interviews in aspirational settings that emphasized the once-in-a-lifetime opportunities the students experienced. I also oversaw file organization and coordinated the seamless delivery of all files to the agency partner for post-production, ensuring an efficient workflow. The result was a series of videos with energy and pace that highlighted the transformative nature of this program.
Cécred: Who’s in the Salon — Serena Page (Teaser)
Working with public figures often requires adapting to tight filming windows due to their demanding schedules. To ensure we captured everything on our shot list efficiently, I worked with the Director and DP to utilize a nimble two-camera setup and a mobile lighting rig. This approach allowed the crew to move seamlessly around the salon, minimizing adjustments while staying in sync with Serena’s hairstyling process.
The result was a smooth production that kept the focus on the hairstyling, with the cameras blending into the background to create an authentic, fly-on-the-wall experience.
Live Nation: Walmart x Broccoli City
As a virtual producer on this project, my primary role was in pre-production, ensuring the on-site crew could seamlessly execute the vision we developed. I worked closely with Live Nation to secure approvals for all creative concepts and familiarize myself with the content creators featured in the videos well before production began.
On the day of filming, I was on call to address any issues, provide feedback on assets, and manage same-day submissions for client approvals. With festival content designed to go live during the event, this workflow was critical. Thanks to thorough preparation, the crew successfully executed all four video concepts and delivered them within the same day.
Live Nation: Valentino Beauty x III Points Miami
Valentino Beauty aimed to make a bold statement in an unexpected space with their activation at the III Points Miami festival. The objective was to connect festival-goers’ personal styles with the brand, creating engaging content through activities like makeovers and touch-ups during the event.
Working closely with Live Nation, I secured approvals for four creative concepts and, with a small team of four, captured all the footage needed to bring those ideas to life. The production went smoothly, and the final videos were well-received by stakeholders, successfully blending Valentino Beauty’s elegance with the vibrant festival atmosphere.
